Mailes Fine Pastries is a specialty bakery located in Los Angeles, California. We specialize in homemade cakes, cookies, cake pops, pastry bars, cupcakes, pies and tarts.

All of our desserts are made fresh to order and we only use the finest ingredients like real manufacturing cream, unsalted butter, pure extracts, fresh seasonal fruits and the finest chocolate (Callebaut and Valrohna).

Because everything is baked to order, we ask you to please look over our website and place your order at least 48 hours in advance.

Cordon Bleu graduate Chef Maile decided she would focus on fine gourmet pastries using only the finest ingredients.

That commitment to excellence has earned Mailes Fine Pastries the right to work with some of Los Angeles finest establishments and customers that have a true understanding and appreciation of fine pastries.
